There are a of top motoring journalists in South Africa that we respect and we’re joined by one of them, Reuben van Niekerk (@ReubenVN), from Car and Leisure Ikara, joins us this week to talk about  his crazy passion for air-cooled VWs, Hot Wheels and a couple of other news snippets from the motoring world.

Reuben and Trevor were on the local launch of the 2012 Punto. Last week, Christo gave you the facts, this week these two die-cast collectors tell you what it’s actually like to drive.

There’s also a flurry of new cars being announced at Geneva in March, while South Africa has had the left over GTI35 editions offloaded, but it’s really the review of the Jaguar XJ 3.0TDI that you want to listen to. What is it that BMW and Mercedes Benz have to fear, is it a Jag?
